- Business Managers (Account to Enterprise level)

We have multiple openings for this position, which encompasses the management of the sales and procurement side of our business.  Depending on your level of experience (Account to Enterprise), you would be working predominantly with Microsoft volume software licence products as well as other software vendor products such as SAP, Adobe and Oracle. 

On the sales side, Discount-Licensing transfers the ownership and user rights of disused software licences to organisations (private and public sectors).  You would be part of a team managing a sales pipeline (customers, resellers and partners), handling enquiries received both from our online web portal and incoming telephone enquiries. You will be responsible for qualifying leads, supplying customers with sales quotations and prioritising opportunities.

On the procurement side, note that pre-owned software licences originate from insolvent and solvent companies that have decided they no longer require the licences due to reasons such as downsizing or migration etc (again, from within the private and public sectors).  You would be expected to proactively seek out new procurement opportunities and identify companies with disused volume software licensing assets.

The available positions would be based at our offices in Burton upon Trent, 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.  We offer a competitive basic salary + Profit Share/Bonus + Benefits (Pension).  Training is provided in-house.

Essential Requirements / Skills: 

  • Experience / knowledge of Microsoft software licensing - other software vendors beneficial;
  • Verbal and written communication – languages beneficial;
  • Sales and Negotiation;
  • Team player;
  • Organised - ability to prioritise your own workload;
  • UK Driving licence.
